Disruptive Event Management provides structured support for workplaces navigating sudden loss, crisis, or major transitions—helping teams process the emotional impact, restore safety, and return to stability with care and clarity.

  • When an organization experiences a sudden loss, crisis, or major transition, I work closely with leadership to assess the situation and design an appropriate response. This may include debriefing sessions, group support, and follow-up consultation to help staff process emotions, strengthen communication, and regain a sense of safety and stability. Services are tailored to the unique culture and needs of each workplace.

    1. Contact me immediately after the disruptive event.

      We’ll schedule a brief intake call to understand what happened, gauge impact on staff, and identify immediate needs (privacy, safety, communication).

    2. Co-create a response plan.

      Together we design a tailored intervention that may include leadership consultation, on-site or virtual group debriefs, and individual support sessions for affected employees—plus clear guidance for internal communication and next steps.

    3. Evaluate and support ongoing stability.

      We’ll review what’s improved, what still needs care, and any follow-up services (booster sessions, supervisor coaching, or resources). You’ll receive concise recommendations to sustain morale, safety, and connection.
